1. Acceptance

By using Mockupanda you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service availability

Mockupanda is provided as-is. We may modify, suspend, or shut down the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime or continued availability.

3. Lifetime purchases

A "lifetime" purchase grants access to the service for as long as the service operates. It does not guarantee the service will operate indefinitely. If Mockupanda is shut down, lifetime access ends with it — no refunds will be issued in that event.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We won't notify you individually of every change, so check this page occasionally.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the artwork you upload. By using Mockupanda you confirm you have the rights to use that content. We don't claim ownership of your files and don't use them for any purpose beyond generating your mockups.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or violates anyone's rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this.

6. Payments and refunds

Subscription payments are charged in advance. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Refund requests for other circumstances are handled case-by-case — contact us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockupanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
